10 Commandments of Freedom Fitness
For the benefit of all members we strive to make Freedom Fitness the cleanest, most efficient, and organized club in the valley so please observe the following rules:
- Rack your weights, dumbbells and cable attachments in proper order after use.
- Do not slam dumbbells, barbells or weight stacks and please use collars.
- Limit use of cardio equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting and allow others to work in with you on machines.
- Please inform staff immediately if you accidentally break something or if any equipment malfunctions.
- Please do not move or alter equipment or touch TVs, stereos or fans without asking staff for assistance.
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- Do not lean on mirrors.
- Please throw empty water bottles in recycle bins, towelettes in garbage, towels in hamper, and put magazines back on rack.
- Limit cell phone use while on the gym floor and cardio equipment .
- Please wear appropriate gym attire at all times (no dirty shoes or work boots).
