Freedom Fitness formally Finally Fit Forever first opened its doors in 1999 as a small 6000 square foot fitness center. Upon new ownership in january 2005, Freedom Fitness was soon to become the landmark health & fitness club for the surrounding Cave Creek community. Fully improved and renovated due to an overwelming response for the need of a first class, full service health club, Freedom Fitness continues to chart the course for excercise providers throughout Arizona.

The new 12,000 square foot facility with over 1400 members was the result of steady growth of its much loved membership base and a family friendly environment that is inviting and non-intimidating.

The new club boasts a state-of-the-art cardio center complete with elliptical trainers, Arc Trainers, X-trainers, Step mill, recumbent bikes, and treadmills from such manufacturers as Woodway, Precor, life Fitness, Cybex, Star Trac, Sports Art, Nautilus and Freemotion. Our entire cardio center is supported by Cardio Theater which gives the member a viewing choice of either independent flat screen TV's or 37" high definition LCD's.

Our strength training center is divided into an independent machine circuit training area and independent free weight area which features the latest equiptment from Hammer Strength, Freemotion, Precor/Icarian, Cybex, Paramount, Body Masters and Flex. We also feature a designated boxing area with speed bag, double end bag and heavy bags and seperate stretching area with mats, True-Stretch Cage and Precor Stretch Trainers.

Our Johnny G certified Spin Studio offers a true one of a kind Spin experience. We have 15 Star Trac NXT Spinners in a complete blackout studio with stage and black light lighting, wall to wall mirrors in Dolby surround sound with a four 42" plasma video matrix wall.

Our 12,000 square foot aerobic room with flex deck flooring and wall to wall mirrors offers +40 classes a week. Yoga, Pilates, Step, Pump, Cardio Kick Boxing, Ab Attack, Sports Conditioning and our signature Super Sunday are just a sample of the many classes we offer. We review our classes monthly to ensure that our group fitness protocol remains well rounded for all ages, genders and levels of fitness.

Other amenities include childcare and a complimentary towel service.

We are proud to feature our Fit Trac program which is encouraged and complimentary to all. The essence of the program is to ensure each member has a journalized work out routine, understands how to use the equiptment and are achieving goals. We do this by meeting with each and every member at a specific interval appointments starting with their first visit to the club. We completely design and custom tailor a workout routine specific to their fitness goals. We follow up and review their progress thorughout the entire span of their membership. If our Fit Trac program just isn't enough our Personal Training Program is a step above all other gyms. We selectively hire only the most qualified, experienced, certified trainers who truly show their clients results and not just count their reps. Whether it is training for your first body building show, wanting to shed a few quick extra ounds for your wedding, or just needing that one on one guidance our trainers are the best in the Valley to ensure your results.

As a locally owned operated business the atmosphere at Freedom Fitness sets it far ahead of the multi-loaction facilities that are unable to offer a comparable level of customer service.
