Body Blast is a full body circuit class utilizing muscle confusion principles. Muscle tone, flexibility, balance and fat loss.


If you love to dance & love all kinds of music this is the class for you. A great low impact workout combined with a lot of fun!


Cardio Circuit is a cardio based class including intense muscle conditioning through lunges, squats and isometric holds.


Barre Blast is a ballet barre inspired workout with low impact but high results.


Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.


Sinning Burns calories while increasing strength & cardiovascular endurance. Work at your own level.

Sunset/ Hot Yoga

This class is heated between 95-105 degrees, be sure to bring plenty of water and dress lightly. The head will soften your muscles, sculpt your body and help you eliminate toxins.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is truly unique experience mixing traditional and non-traditional Yoga postures with a broad spectrum of exhilarating music.

Yin Yoga

A deep stretch and relaxation practice that helps cultivate patience, increase flexibility and ease joint/muscle pain. 

Flow Yoga

Restorative Yoga

This gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. This is a soothing and nuturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.

Ballet Fit

A ballet inspired workout focusing on body weight movements to give you a dancers body. 


This is a full on cardio drills and athletic training. Take it to the next level of fitness with this class.


Jump start your workout with this innovated strength and fat burning workout using both body and weights. 


Suspension training for overall muscle stabilization, strength and endurance. Limited space available. 

Butts and Gutts

A full hour dedicated to just your lower half. Shape and tighten your best assets with resistance training. 

Cadio Core

This class is a full body circuit using weights, bands, athletic drills, step , bosus, stability balls and more.


A vigorous non-stop full body resistance program using body weight, floor, ball and dumbbell exercises. 


High energy class combines elements of boxing drills, kicking and easy to follow combinations,. Advised to please bring your own gloves to class.
